Two of my friends and I made this video for our english assignment.

The message is that you don’t always know what people are going through and what you say to them could have a huge impact on their life. For example if someone is insecure about their weight and you call them fat as a “joke” they might not eat for the next few days. I really hope this video can help people, if it even just help one person it would make my life.

And remember you’re not alone!
